No information on yearserased.com is ever divulged to any outside party unless we are required to do so by law.
When We Will NOT Send You Email: Our site’s blog comment registration form requires users to give us contact information (like their name and email address). You can also request to be notified when posts or comments are made, either by direct email to you or by RSS feed. We do not use this information to automatically email you.
When We WILL Send You Email: Should you choose to register to receive our newsletter or other downloads, we will use the email you have listed in this registration process as a way to contact you. We use customer contact information from these registration forms to send the user our electronic magazine and other updates, links to our blog postings, comments, and other information. You may opt-out of receiving future mailings; see the choice/opt-out section below.
What We Will NOT Do With Your Email Address: We will not give out, rent, or sell your Email address. The only exception to this is if we sell our business. In that case, you will be given at least two weeks notice so that you can choose to remove all your information from our database before the sale. Every email sent to you will have an ‘op-out” link. When you click that link, you will be removed from our database as soon as our server communicates your intention. In the case of a direct mail notice sent, time to remove will be approximately 30 days after mail received.
Anti-Spam Policy: We do not send emails to people that do not have a relationship with our company. The only way you will receive email from us is to opt in to receive the email or request in some way a return response.
