Labor Day, Weight Loss, Younger Lifestyle, and Changes
Labor Day is the Time For Change
What Does Labor Day Mean To You?
For many, it is a day off from work. It is the creation of a great three-day weekend. For those in the more northern areas of the country…it means the end of the savory summer. Sigh.
What can Labor Day mean for you? It can mean a new beginning. There is absolutely no reason New Year’s Day should be the day for starting something new, or creating resolutions, etc. It really should be the day that commemorates the end of what most young people consider the eternal playtime (though granted it is not eternal: Summer.)
The first Labor Day was celebrated September 5, 1882 after a large strike initiated in the town of Pullman, Illinois. At the time it represented a partial “fixing” of a dispute between US authorities and workers. It represented the start of something new. It has since grown to become what was previously stated…a day to mark the recreational end of summer.
Therefore, what do you want? A new job, a new lifestyle, a new figure, a new outlook? Now is the time. Want to lose a few (or many) pounds and fit into that wardrobe you know is yours but you cannot yet entertain? The Tuesay (tomorrow) after Labor Day is the perfect time for weight loss to begin. Why is that? Because holiday time is the dressiest time of the year and you want to have fun! Stay tuned…Weight loss secrets will be coming periodically on Yearserased. Just make up your mind to start tomorrow.
From Dr. Bonnie:
When first meeting, my patients tell me they want to look younger, and we talk about their concerns. For most its a sense of not looking as “fresh” as they used to. As we continue to talk, I find many are under incredible stress, and it’s aging them beyond their real years. They’re aware of the pressure, and maybe even of the toll it’s taking. Unfortunately, its not easy to figure out how to get off this energy draining treadmill that’s sabotaging their chance to look great.
I ‘ve discovered three common problems that almost all of these patients share, and even went so far as to prepare three separate videos, which have become my “prescriptions”. Each deals with a different problem and shows step-by-step how to eliminate them from your life.
I would love to share them with you, and there is no charge. The first is titled “The Dirty Little Secret of Multi-Tasking” and as the title may hint, Multi-Tasking is not helping us save time nor get things done faster.
You will also begin receiving My Beauty Tip of The Week every Friday. In it I discuss things just like in the article above and can answer your questions, should you want to ask. It’s also free and you can unsubscribe at any time.
I look forward to hearing from you.
