Evolence® Facial Filler To The Rescue!
Today our office hosted the Evolence® (the newest porcine collagen) rep. She provided breakfast (greatly increased the attendance) and thoroughly explained the product, its usage, and what to expect. This was followed with demonstrations illustrated by the pictures below. The staff was ecstatic and were out talking it up in minutes! This is truly an elegant product used in the right setting.

I had Evolence last month and I am somewhat pleased with the results to my naselfolds and upper lip but am curious to see how long it actually does last????
Evolence’s FDA approval boasts a duration of 12 months. That said, your nasolabial folds won’t look the same at month ten as they did at week two. The collagen will still be present, just in a lesser amount. It may take a little more product to achieve the desired result, compared to a hyaluronic acid such as Restylane or Juvederm, but the results are longer without need for a touch-up.

This is really amazing. after how long should be refilled ?
The good news is that Evolence has recently received its 12 month indication, meaning that it really should last up to a year. That said, fillers last longer in some areas and not so long in others. The oral commisures and marionette lines (like in the picture) tend not to last as long as other areas because they are so “busy” with continual movement.
