		<description>Good post Bonnie. Brands and bloggers do need to be sensitive to the FTC (and OFT) regulatory requirements in transparency and disclosure with their marketing efforts, and in particular with celebrity endorsements. This can be a real challenge in short form media (tweets, Facebook, 4-square, etc) and even with blogs when creating a full tracking trail on your influencer&#039;s viral messaging. CMP.LY has been working closely with brands and their &quot;influencers&quot; to insure disclosures and transparency are not in question with those regulatory requirements.  

CMP.LY is being used globally as the internationally recognized standard in disclosure and transparency.
