Beautiful Mondays

Mondays are Beautiful Too!

Some People hate Mondays. Garfield hates Mondays. “I don’t do Mondays” is a motto for many. For others, Monday represents the loss of a beloved weekend. The failure of accomplishing that huge laundry list of both chores and pleasures that were planned. It means once again answering the unrelenting beck of that blasted alarm clock.

How you view a Monday can reflect your outlook for the entire week, or even month. It can set the tone for everything to follow. Be in control of that tone.

Welcome Monday! Monday is the day to plan the week (Remember to make the plan for Monday on Sunday night). Monday is the chance to start anew.

Try getting up 15 minutes earlier on Monday. It feels the same yet you come to appreciate that little bit of extra time.

Be extra pleasant to everyone you see on Monday. Chances are they have not yet learned to appreciate the blessings of Mondays.

Do one thing you have put off for a long time because you just couldn’t find the time. Make it a Monday ritual (don’t worry, you will never run out of things you have been putting off).

Make Monday the day you answer special challenges. (You will never run out of these either.)

Make Monday a day you go out to dinner. It is often easier to get into restaurants than on Saturday and many places have specials for Mondays.

Monday is the day you regroup and take charge. Take it!

From Dr. Bonnie:

When first meeting, my patients tell me they want to look younger, and we talk about their concerns.  For most its a sense of not looking as “fresh” as they used to.  As we continue to talk, I find many are under incredible stress,  and it’s aging them beyond their real years.  They’re aware of the pressure, and maybe even of the toll it’s taking. Unfortunately, its not easy to figure out how to get off this energy draining treadmill that’s  sabotaging their chance to look great.

I ‘ve discovered three common problems that almost all of these patients share, and even went so far as to prepare three separate videos, which have become  my “prescriptions”.  Each deals with a different problem and shows step-by-step how to eliminate them from your life.

I would love to share them with you, and there is no charge. The first is titled “The Dirty Little Secret of Multi-Tasking” and as the title may hint, Multi-Tasking is not helping us save time nor get things done faster.

You will also begin receiving My Beauty Tip of The Week every Friday. In it I discuss things just like in the article above and can answer your questions, should you want to ask. It’s also free and you can unsubscribe at any time.

I look forward to hearing from you.
