Here was the comment I sent to this lady, and thank you for asking:

A video on skin care and how often things should be done is a good idea. I am not a fan of many steps at one time. I also never set to use anything 3-4 times per day...sometimes I will say to use a retinoid 3-4 times per week as some folks feel they cannot get used to it, though they will. The retinoid goes on at night, the glytone in the day (at night also if you are not using retinoid). that is money wisely spent.

Hi, this is Bonnie. I got this question (below) in my email yesterday and it is a great one. I will answer it in the reply box right below the question-

I just watched so many of your videos. So informative. Especially the one on botox costs. I made an appt with the dermatologist March 5 for botox and to get the pres you recommended. Can you do a video on skin care-re how often do you need peels, facials, micro. And examples of skin care routine at home. Over the years I have had estecians have me using so many poducts each day-cleanse, toner, moisturizer, use this in the day, this at night. All of a sudden you are using 10 products a day. Right now I am only using the gyltone wash and lotion morning and night. Is that too much-you said you use it 3-4 times a day. Where does the retnoid fit in when I get that prescription. I want to spend my money wisely.
